We receive thousands of emails through our help desk "each week" -

** The customer section in our forums contains past posts, and stickies which will help you with your installation. Important troubleshooting tips and much more

so, before you submit an email to us -- please post your question in the customer area in our forums instead at http://www.autotoys.info/forum

     - Register a new account in our forums

     - The password to the customer area was 'emailed' to you after your order is completed, and also printed on your hard copy invoice included with your order
