Effective immediately, we will focus only on EXPRESS MAIL (next day air, 2nd day air and US MAIL EXPRESS shipments) to fill orders for customers who paid for a premium shipping options.
All other GROUND orders will be shipping ground. Because UPS is NOT picking up GROUND packages on Christmas Eve or Christmas day, all orders received on the weekend of december 19-20 (SAT SUN) and MONDAY and if not shipped, will ship AFTER CHRISTMAS.
All express packages should go out as scheduled. It may arrived CHRISTMAS DAY (VIA US MAIL EXPRESS POSTAL) or CHRISTMAS EVE via UPS - MAKE SURE YOU ARE HOME or leave a note for the delivery person. I am sure they are very busy and probably will not have time to come back.

This is a VERY busy time for us. A lot of product questions, questions on shipping, people browsing to get last minute gift, etc. We are getting a lot of emails and phone calls, WE WILL GET TO YOU. Please give us the time needed to answer questions from OTHER PEOPLE since everyone deserves the same amount of attention.
