To implement network improvements, we have scheduled a maintenance
window for between 2:00 - 4:00 AM CST (UTC/GMT -6 hours) Monday, December
15th, 2003 and lasting for 45-60 minutes. We are not expecting a
widespread disruption of service. However, due to the nature of network
maintenance, you might experience some sporadic interruption in
connectivity.
We are making every effort to minimize any impact of this maintenance
to you. The scheduled maintenance window is for the benefit of all
customers and is needed to allow us to provide the best quality of service
