During the time of NOVEMBER 05-15 2003 we were doing some moves to our servers. We also did some DNS changes which may have bounced some emails.
Some emails may have been lost during the change.
We switched the way our software handles emails, the PASSWORD for FORUM forms and REQUEST NEW PASSWORD forms were returning INTERNAL SERVER errors. This has been fixed TODAY NOVEMBER 13th 2003.
Our contact forms were ALWAYS operational, but mail have been bounced or lost during a brief overlap. If you did not receive a reply, please resend your email.
The move is complete.
This was done in preparation for some new services to our visitors and customers including picture hosting and a new shopping layout which will be introduced soon.
