We have a Panasonic voice processor on our digital phone system, the hard drive on the processor got stuck and was tapping the case for 2 days. It was RED HOT to the touch when we couldnt figure out why we werent getting in bound calls.
We cooled it off, rebooted the processor, stuck it back in and it booted up! Our phones are backonline now.
We just wanted to say thanks to SEAGATE and their SEAGATE ACCESSORY HARD DRIVES can REALLY TAKE A PUNISHMENT because it was literally RED HOT and all of our data on the drive for our menu system is still good.
