Due to circumstances beyond our control, we were unable to answer email for the past 3 weeks. Our past CRM provider (microsoft) was unable to provide us with a bug with their .ASP servers.
As of today, 7.30.02, we are using a new CRM provider. We plan to keep our response times to under a few hours.
