IMPORTANT: You may get a disconnected, busy or ring when calling any of our mutiple numbers to make an order. Our fax lines may also be down erratically.

REASON: We are MOVING our operations to better serve you. We hope to keep the same numbers, but this will be entirely up to the phone company.Our phone system is also quite complex, voice mail, takes orders via prompts, etc and this all this needs to be wired to our new infrastructure and desks.

RETURNS: If you was issued an RA, take care of it now. Status of RAs can be found in the RA STATUS FORUM here. Do not send anything back without an RA, see this

We will explore the option for local retail pickup on a trial basis. This also will be posted when more information is available.

It is official.

We will NOT be able to keep our old numbers.

If you dial any of our OLD phone lines, any of them, you may get a message directing you to the NEW numbers.

Our phone system, digital voice mail system has not been properly moved to the new numbers yet.

We will post a message once our phone system is back online -- or you will hear our automatic voice attendent pick up the calls once we are back online with our phones.


FAX!!

The forwarding number when you dial our fax # is WRONG.
The forwarding number is to our new VOICE ringdown lines.

Our new FAX # will be posted shortly.
Our toll free #s including the TOLL FREE FAX is forwarding calls to our OLD numbers. We hope to have the TOLL FREE FAX # forward to our new FAX # "SHORTLY"

If you need to FAX an order "NOW", consider paying via paypal or ordering online with credit card. We understanding the fax situation is urgent and we'll try to get it back online with 24-48 hrs.

We are still in the process of finishing our move.

Our phone system is still not completely programmed to the new location. When you call our new number, you will get a recording with our NEW number.

Our fax #s are WORKING.
Our Toll Free Fax #s are WORKING.

Our regular voice #s (old) are NOT WORKING
The forwarding #s (new) are NOT WORKING

Online for more than 7 years, we are not going anyway. We plan to have our phone system back up by Thursday-Friday of next week (Feb 14,2002)

We are PHYSICALLY MOVING OUR OPERATIONS.

it is taking longer than we expected.
We plan to be fully operational again on TUESDAY 2/13/02

Shipping times were never affected.

We are shipping quicker, faster and more efficiently than before.

We will be shipping POSTAL, quicker and faster than ever before in our 8 year history.

Our Broadband connection is completed.

We answered over 400 emails from Friday-Sunday (2-23-02) -

We receive on average >100 emails per day.

Our main focus next week to answer all of your emails, however, if you are a 'PAYING CUSTOMER' and have a question (call us)

By March 1st, we will be riding the wave again and our email response times will return to normal (hours)

Thanks for your understanding, we couldn't have done it without your help.

P.S. We're not on some beach on Hawaii getting sunrays or playing golf, we are working 18 hrs a day to 'equalize' our new operations.

Our phone system is fully operational. Easier to navigate than before. All extensions work, fax #s all work.

Completely transparent if you ignore the new number changes.

Fax machines located in a SECURE LOCKED area, available only to SALES staff. 'ok' to fax your order in.
