Effective IMMEDIATELY. Read carefully.

Due to new rules and security concerns, we will no longer accept packages sent to any of our addresses without "VALID" RA#s -

Please note: Packages sent postal which cannot be refused will be 'disposed' of. We will NOT open the package to return the package.

At this time, we will not be responsible for 'any' packages sent to us without a 'valid' ra # - we will not acknowledge in any degree packages sent to us without a 'valid' ra #


If you have a pending "RA", follow the instructions and be sure the valid RA is written on the exterior of your box clearly, if not, your valid RA will be interpreted as invalid and will be disposed of. !!!!


DO NOT - DO NOT - DO NOT send anything back to us without a valid 'ra #' - it will be refused or disposed of 'unopened' - NO EXCEPTIONS.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY: People with RA#s

YOU "MUST" fax the RA forms to validate your RA

The RA once validated is valid only "ONCE!" - After that, any other additional shipments (even if you have the RA on the box) will be REFUSED or we will 'DISPOSE' it unopened.

We will NOT acknowledge any packages to us sent without RAs and boxes with RAs are valid for ONE SHIPMENT only.

You have been warned.

We will refuse ALL packages without valid RAs. Once they are refused or dispose of, you can only guess where it will go. SO BE WARNED! You send it without a valid RA, you "WILL" lose the package. We will not be liable for ANY packages sent to us without valid RAs (period).

Please note: This rule was in effect since 9-23-01 - any packages or mail after that time period has already been refused or dispose of.

The rules are still in effect as of January 20th, 2002 <---

These rules were put in place so we can accurately track any packages coming back to us and also monitor it's progress (you can also monitor progress via the RA STATUS FORUM here)

More importantly, these rules were put in effect to give people in our staff who handle packages 'peace of mind'. Thank you for your understanding.
