citroen ax +&-12v????

i have a problem installing stereo in to citroen ax it works fine untill you apply the headlight but them there seem to be a surge o fvoltage and pops the stereo... i have read some where that this may be something to do with +/-voltage can any 1 help?????:confused:

You may look into moving your power constant and ground to a different source.
