I am a customer and I just received my i-Audi-R kit for my 2005 Audi A4 yesterday.
I have factory XM installed, so I added the "splitter" to my order. Both the harness that came inside the DICE box and the additional splitter cable are identical to each other. I emailed support and was told that one of these has to connect to the XM receiver in the trunk. Is this correct? I'm not sure how this would be done with the cables I have (they both have a connector for the DICE interface box).
Unless I am missing something, there is no mention on the Autotoys or DICE Electronics sites regarding this type of hookup, nor are there any instructions.
Does anyone have any pictures or diagrams to assist with the installation of an i-Audi-R kit when you have the factory satellite option and have purchased the splitter? Is there anything else I need? The plan is to get this installed by the end of the week.
