We have shifted almost ALL of our shipments to UPS.
USPS orders (POSTAL) will have delays because of the amount of hand written forms required by the US POSTAL SYSTEM. Until this changes, expect delays of up to approx 10 days from time of order on POSTAL shipments. SORRY. We use USPS only to accomodate our APO/AE and PO BOX clients. Many online merchants DO NOT ACCEPT POSTAL orders and do not take orders from people with APO/AE PO box billing addresses. We do.

Many people ask us why it may cost $6.00 or more to ship a $2.00 item.
Explanation (also explained in our FAQS)
1. Our company does not have any MINIMUM order requirements. You can place an order for .15 cent item and we will process that order. Shipping that .15 cent item may cost a few dollars. But if you need it, we have it.
2. Our company uses UPS exclusively for shipments.
UPS will be a little more expensive than USPS POSTAL shipments.
(compare to POSTAL, even the cheapest POSTAL PRIORITY package will cost $3.50, then add $1.10 or so for delivery confirmation, signature, about 40 cents for every $100 insurance, packaging and handling (about $2-$4.00 -- by that comparision, shipping EVEN POSTAL will cost you about $6.00 MINIMUM!)
UPS shipments start at $4.00 and increase by zone.
UPS has a FUEL SURCHARGE in effect (RATE INCREASE COMING ON JANUARY, more on this at the bottom of this post)
Shipping to a Residential address incurs a $1.25 surcharge in addition to the posted rates
Delivery confiramtion incurs a surcharge
Delivery signature incurs ANOTHER surcharge
99% of all of our packages are SHIPPED IN heavy duty cardboard boxes. Our boxes are tougher, heavier and NEW.
98% of our shipments also use ANTI STATIC POPCORN filler.
We also use REINFORCED pilfer proof tape to secure all of our packages.
Because we use the best materials to insure your shipments, packaging and HANDLING of your package starts at $2.00+
With a base price of $4-$5.00 - Add the options listed above, INSURE IT ($.35 cents per $100.00), packaging and handling, this all adds up to your shipping/handling charge.

Using the methods above, your package will arrive in one piece without damage. Our damage ratio is 1 in 3000 or less!
If your order is a small one, add more items in your order. This will offset your cost.
A 4 pound package will not cost much more than a 1 pound package.

UPS RATE INCREASES EFFECTIVE JANUARY 7th, 2002
Effective January 5th, we will alter our rates to reflect the price increases that UPS will put into effect on the 7th (unfortunately).
Here are the new rates for 2002 and how much they will go up: (these are UPS <-- increases)
UPS NEXT DAY AIR 3.9%
2nd day air 3.9%
3rd day select 3.9%
US Worldwide Express 3.0%
Ground Commercial (not residential) 3.5%
UPS residential will increase $1.10 from Ground Commercial
UPS 3rd day residential will increase $1.10 from 3rd day Comm
Domestic Residential air will increase $1.10 from above increases
Delivery area surcharges applies to all deliveries in remote areas, for both GROUND and AIR now.
1.25% fuel surcharge remains in effect
