BLIZZARD SNOW STORM 3-5.01 MONDAY

Depending on the amount of snow with the blizzard rolling into our area, we will be giving our employees the option not to come in - or to leave early.

Weather forecasts have us at around 24 inches with snow stopping on Tuesday, 24 hours from the time it will start.

We project we will be open on Tuesday, but if conditions are dangerous for travel, we will resume operations on WEDNESDAY, 3-7-01 -

Currrently, the conditions aren't as bad as projected.

We fully expect to ship all EXPRESS packages (ORANGE, BLUE and NEXT DAY AIR).

We will ship other packages (ground) as conditions and time allows.

The snowstorm set us back a few days.

We apologize for the event. We were surprised how 'if' we suspended operations for a few days, it greatly affected us.

Unfortunately, also with bad weather, etc - people seem have greater access to the Internet (IE: MORE ORDERS!) which complicated things.

We have resolved our email response times back to 'hours' and our operations are finally back on a 'fast rail' schedule.



Thankfully, spring is here. :)
