SERVER SLOW / UNABLE TO RESPOND (EMAIL DOWN/ SLOW RESPONSE)

We had problems with our server today and the 2 days before it. Monday 3/29/04 - It was down for much of the day (at least the database portion) . We are making improvements and we will be running the new storefront off a new box shortly, a ton of memory and enhancements.

If you have problems placing an order, viewing products or otherwise, please email us.

We were also unable to respond to emails as our pop servers were also affected during this period.

Our servers crashed last night

Autotoys.com remained operational
store.autotoys.com remained operational
photos.autotoys.com remained operation

all of those are separate, but our main new shopping down was down till 9am this morning.

We also experience outages during the beginning of this week on email and server response. We are aware of it. We know what is causing it, pinpointed it and we are moving everything to better faster hardware in a couple of days.

We are a little behind on emails because of this, we were unable to check on orders, etc during this time, so we are getting to them slowly. Please bear with us. If your email got bounced while our server was coming online and offline, please resend your email via the contact form if you havent received a response.
