We had some problems with our UPS computers.
Our TELEPHONE COMPANY decided that EVERYONE in our STATE 'must' DIAL the area code, even if you are in the SAME AREA code or your call wont go through!
HOW SILLY IS THAT.
Lets say your number is 123-222-2222
If you were next door, I would have to dial (123) 222-2223 to reach you!
Unfortunately, our UPS computer had to be reconfigured to dial in the information, this wasn't caught till recently. All fixed now.
