iPod Adapter for 03 Accord WITH Nav system

I've seen alot of info on installing adapters for 03 Accords without Nav systems but info regarding the details of exactly what is needed to make this possible WITH a nav system is scarse. Could someone help me out and let me know exactly what the best and simplest options are? Thanks.

Any options that don't have the charging feature, which I imagine would make the installation a bit easier? And do the units come with the Y harness allow hookup along with the nav system or do I need to purchase that seperately? Thanks.

There is a drop down menu in products which require the Y harness, if you have NAV and there is a drop down menu, select WITH NAV to make sure the Y harness is included with the order.
