I have a 1994 Ford Explore and have the special key tool thing to get the radio out. The U shaped one's! put the tool in the holes and pushed it in about half way and tried everything to shake it, pull it, and kicked it. So yeah how the fu@k do u get that sh!t out of there? baseball bat? hammer? Any help would be great and would save me money cuz my next options will result in something being broken for sure!

Push the "u" Shaped thingy in about halfway as you already tried then push the both ushaped things away from the centre of the unit slightly untill they sort of jam. Hold them this way and then try to jiggle the radio out.
Hope this helps.
Some of the ford radios are stuck good from the factory, you really have to push the keys outward (right key to the right), left key to the left (outwards) and then try to get a grip and slide the radio out. If you have a cassette deck, at your own risk, and with your third hand, try to pull also on the inside of the cassette door flap.
We have worked in some crown vics and some other fords where the clips just will not release and we had to take the entire dash apart. Some will release easy, some will take more effort. There seems to be no real standard when they make the locking clips for these radios.
