Yes, it usually connects to the POSITIVE LIGHT BULB lead of the REVERSE LIGHT BULB. Some cars will FALSE when a wire is connected to it, if you have this problem, post a reply.Originally Posted by hando1975

Mitsubishi Carisma- Parking Sensor Installation
Hi all,
Im currently fitting reverse parking sensors to my Mitsubishi Carisma but the instructions are very scratchy! Ive earthed the black wire, and im presuming the red goes to the wire feeding the reverse light?! does anybody know which wire this is. as i cant find out in any user manual that i have.
