Installing AMP with PSP as head unit

Hi there

i am trying to install amp and power it without a head unit. the amp has live, ground and remote. does the remote wire need 2 b conected 4 the amp to power up? and if so, where do i connect it if i do not have a cd player?? seeing as i intend using PSP as my head unit?

You can wire the remote wire to a switch that will turn the amp normally, if you are lazy you can wire it to the car ignition so it will turn on with the car.

You PSP does not have a remote line out to switch on an amp so the above methods will have to be your choice.
