Unhappy Power Windows Not Working! Civic LX '93

Hey, Ive got a '93 honda civic lx and suddenly the power windows just stopped working. None of the windows will move at all (up or down), and it is like this no matter which switch you use (ie none of the windows roll down if you use the drivers front or back switchs or the passenger front or back switches).
I checked all the fuses and none were blown, so I tried replacing the drivers master pw switch, and they still did not work. So I turned the car on and checked for power in the wire harness that the switch connects into with a voltohmeter and none of these wires had power to them! So I have no idea what is wrong...Im thinking perhaps the fuse for the power windows is bad and maybe you just cant tell really from looking at it, but I do not know which fuse is the power window switch! The cover for my fuse panel is missing and I cannot find a diagram anywhere online! Does anyone have any ideas or have a picture of a fuse panel for one of these cars?? Thanks a ton!!

There are 2 fuse panels in your car, one inside the car and one outside.

You can check the fuses with a digital voltmeter and a test light. One side will be HOT and one side will be the fused side. You need to check both sides of the fuses with the CAR on since the power windows come on with the car. Once you find a fuse which shows hot on only one side, that is your blown fuse. Another alternative is with the car OFF, pull fuses and check each fuse individually in direct light.

I found a fuse diagram and figured out which fuses were for the windows...all the fuses were good but just to be safe cause I was out of ideas I replaced the 4 fuses for the 4 windows and it didnt make a difference.
I got the manual but it didnt show me to much, I checked the wiring in the drivers door and it all looked good...and I checked the wiring diagrams in the manual to see where else something could have gone wrong but it looked like almost all the wiring is in the door, and like I said that all looked good.
Do you have any other ideas that would make all the windows go out?? I cant figure this one out! Thanks for all the help!

There is a molex plug going from the door jam into the driver's door. Is this plug still firmly seated?

Yeah, is that the rubber covering that covers the wires when they go from the car into the door? If it is, yes thats in good shape and still seated very good. I popped it out to check out those wires too...to see if I could see anything wrong in there but everything looked good. Is that what you're talking about?

I do not know what else to check, I would check the fuses (both fuse boxes in your car) if there is no power, there is no way power can stop being directed to your switches unless you get into an accident or if the fuse *****.

hey Staff, U See The Problem Is Not The Wires No More, I Connected Wires Cool And Correctly. Now The Problem I Have Is, When I Bought This Car It Didnt Have The Harness In The Car For Stereo, All It Had Was Wires, The Pprecious Owner Cut The Factory Harness, But Its Ok, I Fix That By Jus Connecting Wires To Wires And Putting Tape On Them So They Dont Touch Each Other. But Now My Big Problem Is The Car Never Had A Fuse Box Cover And I Would Need The Cover Because It Has All The Diagrams And Tells Me Where Fuses Go And What Fuse Is For What, Right Now I Will Simply Tell U What Dont Work On The Car...its My Tail Lights, Brake Lights, Interior Lights(where It Tells U The Rpm, Mph, Fuel And Temp) And The Headlights... I Am Guessing Its A Fuse But How Can I Know??? Whats My Solution...at Night When If I Drive, How I Kno My Fuel, Temp, Mph Or Rpm Becuase My Inside Lights Dont Work??? Or Outside??? But One More Question, Is There Any Fuse Amp That Will Work For All Slots Becuase If There Is, I Will Try That To Find Out What Fuse Slot Is For What?? I Heard A 20amp Is Ok For All To Check But I Dont Want To Short Anything So Do You Know? Thank U,its A Big Help.
