mercedes van, MB100d, 1990. phillips carradio

hi

i just bought an old carradio. the connections on the back didn't look that complicated, so i thought it would fit. Unfortunately, i found out that the wiring of the van wasn't the same. A lot of wires with different colours. But the carradio i bought only had 4 connections: 1 for the antenna, 1 for the electricity and 2 odd connections.

Thus, how are the wiring codes for the mercedes mb100d from 1990?
then i might fix the problem.
