Headphone Jack Amplifier to RCA Output

I am replacing the CRT TV in my motorhome with a flat panel TV.

The old TV had a normal (mono) audio out RCA connection that hooked into my mobile home theater system in the motorhome.

The new flat panel TV has no audio out but does have a 3.5mm stereo headphone jack. With the apropriate connectors (male 3.5mm stereo to mono RCA (or stereo RCA because my system amplifier can accept input of either), I hooked the Flat panel TV to my system amplifier and was only able to get a very low volume of sound through the system speakers.

Three questions:

1. Will the MINI JACK PHONE AMPLIFIER TO RCA OUTPUT (3.5 MM PLUG FROM HEADPHONE JACKS)-5218 boost/amplifiy the output of the flat panel stereo headphone jack the normal levels of an RCA audio output connection?

Is the MINI JACK PHONE AMPLIFIER TO RCA OUTPUT (3.5 MM PLUG FROM HEADPHONE JACKS)-5218 a stereo connection, i.e., the 3.5mm plug is stereo as are tge RCA stereo outputs?

3. Do you have the specifications/instructions for the MINI JACK PHONE AMPLIFIER TO RCA OUTPUT (3.5 MM PLUG FROM HEADPHONE JACKS)-5218?
