Default 2003 Honda Civic won't remote start cold

    Hi,
My wife has an 03 Civic with factory remote starter, do I need a brand name?
Even when plugged in it will crank over like crazy but not fire up. Start it with the key & it is running instantly. Anyone ran into this before?

Are you sure it is factory, I dont think so.

Put the key into the ignition but dont turn it, see if it starts and then post the results
