Which plug? The plugs that come with the startnr2?
I just checked a startnr2 out of stock, the manual, instruction manual and the back of the startnr all match the color wires. Did you get the harnesses confused with another product?

2008 Civic Hybrid
The wiring color on the plug do not match the wiring diagram that came with the startnr2 unit I bought. Any ideas?
