    Question door actuators

    I installed an alarm on my 2004 chevy silverado, the truck didn't have power locks or windows, I hooked up the power windows no problem at all, now I'm adding power locks. I want to know how to hook up these actuators to my alarm. I hooked up 2 relays it will unlock it just wont lock. please help me, thank you. customer id 41247

    86 of both relays to 12 volt fused
    85 of each to unlock and lock (-)
    87a to ground
    30 of one to blue wire of doorlock actuator (one one)
    30 of one to green wire of doorlock actuator
    87 to 12 volt fused
    87 to 12 volt fused

    another company had we wire the relays like that 2 saturdays ago when I first tried emailling you guys, unfortunately that doesnt work, it unlocks the doors but doesnt lock the doors

    What we wrote is correct and we have done it thousands of times. They have something wired incorrectly.
