Question STARTNR2 and Parking Light Question

Hi, I am looking over the manual for the STARTNR2. I am planning on putting this in a 2008 Honda Ridgeline. Can someone clarifiy for me the parking light wires see a cut from the manual here :

H2-2 RED (FUSED): PARKING LIGHT INPUT:
    - This input will be determined depending on the type of parking light circuit a particular vehicle has (positive or
negative trigger). If the vehicle has positive triggered parking lights, connect this input directly to (+)12v. If the
vehicle has negative parking lights, send this input to (-) ground.
    H2-3 WHITE: PARKING LIGHT OUTPUT:
    - THIS IS A VITAL CONNECTION AS THE VEHICLE’S PARKING LIGHTS WILL CONFIRM REMOTE ENGINE START
    - Connect this wire to the vehicle’s (+)12v parking light circuit.
    - This output will provide a flashing (+)12v signal to energize the vehicle’s parking lights.
    - The vehicle’s parking light wire will show (+)12v only when the light switch Is turned to the PARKING LIGHT and
    HEAD LIGHT positions.
    - The vehicle’s parking light wire can usually be found at the light switch, fuse junction block, or in the harness
which runs to the rear of the vehicle (usually found in the driver’s side kick-panel).
    - For vehicles with separately fused LEFT and RIGHT side parking light circuits, either 2 diodes (6-10 amps each)
or 2 external relays can be used to separate t

The H2-2 Parking Light input, can that be an Accessory input? Or does it have to be a constant 12V? I am confused on that.

    Thanks
    -Roger

I posted a TECH Sheet in this reply

There is a + parking light tap and a (-) tap
You need to decide WHICH one to use, the INPUT will be the one you decide, + or - and fuse it if you are using +
I would go with + as I put a picture of where the wires are

It has to a CONSTANT 12 volt source, since it flashes the lights BEFORE the car starts. And it needs power to do that. Any more questions, post.
