Should I buy DENSION GW51M02 or mObridge Audio ?

I'm trying to compare these two units. I have a 2006 MERC SL55AMG with Command. I'm concerned that I will lose function of my multi-CD changer (factory).

Does anyone have experience with both units? They are both priced about the same, so this really comes down to ease of install and functionality. I mainly am buying this so I can plug in my iphone. I already have a bluetooth adapter for the original telephone interface (Viseeo).

Hi Tim,

Both units are nearly identical in the installation procedure. You take the optical cable from your radio and put the converter inline.

Unfortunately, because the unit emulates the cd changer, you will need to disconnect the cd changer. You can resell the changer privately to recoup some of the money spent towards the converter or put it aside.

Since the units are identical virtually in installation, it is probably down to preference, pricing and control.
