I’ve installed a Sony MEX-BT38UW in a 1997 Cadillac Seville (standard non-BOSE radio option). I spliced the plug that came with the Sony radio into the wires from the OEM 32 pin connector. The radio & power antennae work properly but I am unable to connect the steering wheel controls. I also have lost the door chimes and the RAP Functions.
I know that various manufacturer's make adapters to solve problems like these but I don't have a clue how to find them.
Any help you can give me will be appreciated.

Check for a steering wheel remote port in your new radio, if it has it, you can use http://www.autotoys.com/x/product.php?productid=14277 for the steering wheel controls.
