Default 2007 MDX Remote Starter Recommendation

I have an '07 MDX and I'd like to get a 2 way remote starter w/lock/unlock. I don't think i need an alarm since the factory one should be fine.
What are some models and what would i need for the immobilizer bypas?

is that a 2-way starter? Also, I'm looking for something that will arm the factory alarm when i push the lock button.
I know this may be a reach, but is there a system that will use the memory seat setting of the factory FOB?

Its not a 2 way, for a 2 2way, you can use what we used in the video.

That unit can be found here

With an aftermarket alarm, the system will arm the factory alarm and disarm it with unlock and lock from the aftermarket transmitter.
